DCOI is a concerted effort of the state of Israel and the Institute for National Security Studies (INSS) of Tel-Aviv University, a non-profit organization that aims towards enhancing
collaboration between the United-States and Israel in cybersecurity.
The summit is supported by Israel state agencies alongside companies and corporation across the
United-States and Israel and is free of charge for registrants.
DCOI presents best technological and creative skills, industry leaders and some of
the most innovative entrepreneurs in the world.
